Shipping Methods
As for the shipping methods, we usually ship your order by USPS if you are the customers from United States or by EMS if from United Kingdom and other areas.

Total Delivery Time
Processing Time
From the time we received your order to the time we start to package your order. Five working days (except two weekend holidays) to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, to make sure the shipping address is correct and to collect the items you purchased.
Packaging Time
Your order will be sent to the shipping company on the day of packing or no later than the next day.
Shipping Time
= The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you.
EMS: 7 to 12 shipping days.
USPS: 2 to 6 shipping days(freight to add $30)

There are two methods to get above information from us,

2. Check your e-mail, for we will send update status to your e-mail address.

Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery
For those customers who do not receive your parcel within the above total delivery time, please check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website. Return process
1. The customer must contact us by email radii4u@hotmail.com to get our confirmation and then we will send you all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us.
2. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us your order. Return for refund item must be post-marked no later than 7 business days and return for exchange must be no later than 30 business days from the day you received it .
3. Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement and exchanged item is issued.
